 Boyds Customer Service

I recently ordered another stock and trigger that Boyds had on sale for LR Mausers. When the stock arrived the box was damaged and upon checking the stock, there was a dent the size of a quarter and about an 1/8" deep in the forearm of the stock. This was a finished stock and was quite noticeable.

I called Trish at Boyds and she said to box it up and she would have UPS come and pick it up and that Boyds would send me another stock. It was that simple!!!!!

I am waiting on the new stock, but UPS just picked up my stock on Thurs
(3 days ago). I have no doubt that my new stock will be on the way in no time!

Thank You Trish and Boyds

Oscar

Boyds Customer Service

A big X2 on Boyds, I've had them go out of their way to get me a stock I wanted.
It's very nice to deal with a company like them

Probably because of the complaints about the way their customer service used to be.

Glad to hear of the reversal.
