This is Bill Soverns personal hunting rifle. It is a 1909 Argentine mauser action mated to a Shilen 25" barrel chambered in 7x57 Improved. It has an ebony tip/cap. Checkering runs 22 LPI. Rounding it out is a leather covered recoil pad, Canjar trigger, and a Burris Fullfield 4X12 scope. All metal rust blued. This rifle groups .750 routinely.



3 kings Wife's twede : Tapered Military barrel, Choate Stock , plated with high phos industrial nickle plate. Its been in use for 10 years and everything its shot has went down with 1 shot! Shooting Nosler 125, 140 Partitions, and 120 Ballistic Tips. All will go 5 rounds in under MOA, and the ballistic tips will go about .6 moa.
