Dave H. Says, This is my recently completed Rhineland 45ACP conversion
rifle. I used a M48 action with their conversion kit and barrel. I used
a Volquartsen barrel mounted scope mount for a scout set up and a Tasco
PDP3 red dot sight. The stock is one of my featherweight skeletonized
designs and works very well. I have to say the kit was top notch in
quality and ease of installation. From opening the box to mock up, ready
to shoot, it took me less than an hour to complete with all the modifications
and headspacing. I went back and tore down the rifle, chucked up the
barrel on the lathe and polished it out along
with the action to get ready for blueing. I liked the polished look
so much I left it as is. Rhineland's instructions were clear and easy
to follow, I highly recommend it to anyone. I shot it last week and
despite the freezing cold and biting wind I still got 1/2" groups
at 50 yards with factory Winchester ammo. Recoil was comparable to a
223 and had a rather quiet report. I'm looking forward to warmer weather
to continue testing and to building another 45ACP conversion.

Dave H.says This my recently completed VZ-24 in 308. I used a Parker
Hale Cadet barrel, FA Enterprises 3 way adjustable stock, Timney featherweight
deluxe trigger, and Mark X streamlined bolt shroud. The scope is a Bushnell
Elite 3200 in 10x on Leupold base and rings. The camo job consists of
a flat black and hunter green base with a top coat of Khaki and Willow
green shot thru burlap.
